Jared Bennett is a Sydney based barrister and legal academic, admitted as a solicitor in 2013, and initially practiced in the area of intellectual property and commercialisation with an international IP law firm.

 

Jared has lectured since 2014 in subjects including contract law, constitutional law, administrative law and professional responsibility at Western Sydney University.

Jared appears in federal and state courts across Australia, and has led matters in appellate, trial and interlocutory proceedings.
